1. What if I order multiple products?

If you order multiple products with different delivery times, all the products will be shipped as one shipment, once all the orders are ready. If you wish to receive some products earlier, you can whatsapp us at +91 79770 73320 or email us at contact@rheapillairastogi.in and we shall get back to you on the same.


2. What are your delivery options?

We ship worldwide! Shipping is free for all orders to be delivered within India. For international orders, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 5,000 will be added to your total at checkout. 


3. How many days will it take for my order to be shipped?

All our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. For our western wear we estimate a minimum of 2 weeks, and for Indian wear a minimum of 4 weeks to be delivered. In case of urgent orders, you can Whatsapp us at +91 79770 73320 or write to us at contact@rheapillairastogi.in and we shall get back to you on the same.


4. How do I track my order?

If you would like to track your order, kindly Whatsapp us on +91 79770 73320 or write to us at contact@rheapillairastogi.in and mention your order number. Kindly allow for a minimum of 12 days of production before expecting the order to be shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a courier tracking number.


5. I have placed an order, but I require expedited shipping. Is that possible?

Normally, we would require 2-4 weeks for production. However, in some cases, we may be able to dispatch your order sooner. Feel free to reach out to us at, contact@rheapillairastogi.in or Whatsapp us at +91 79770 73320, and we will let you know the fastest possible timeline for your order.


6. Can I make any changes/cancellations to an existing order?

As per our policy, we do not make any changes to orders once placed. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged or refunded.


7. Can you make the outfit I want as per my measurements?

Yes, we do make items as per custom measurements. While placing your order, you can select the “Custom Fitted” option in the size section and mention your measurements in the order notes. Our team will get in touch with you personally to discuss your measurements before we start work on your order.


8. Can you make the outfit I want in a different colour?

Yes, we do do make items in custom colours. For colour or any other additional customisations (like adding sleeves or add-ons), you can contact us at contact@rheapillairastogi.in or Whatsapp us on +91 79770 73320


9. Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Yes Custom Duty Charges  for International orders are to be borne by you since, 'Every time an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.


10. Can I pay by Cash On Delivery?

Sorry, we do not accept Cash On Delivery for any orders, within India or Internationally.


11. How can I meet with the designer for a Custom Made outfit?

Our studio is based in Mumbai, and we work by appointment only. Please get in touch at contact@rheapillairastogi.in or Whatsapp us on +91 79770 73320 in order to make an appointment with the designer. If you do not live in Mumbai, we will schedule a video call with the designer at an agreeable time.


12. Do you do bridal wear?

Yes, we do custom bridal wear. Please e-mail us at contact@rheapillairastogi.in or Whatsapp us on +91 79770 73320. Our team will let you know the way forward.


13. How do I get my outfit altered if it needs any alteration after I receive my order?

We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything comes up, we would be happy to assist you.

Should you need any further alterations after receiving your outfit, we will be open to assisting you however, we will not be liable to foot the shipping of your outfit back to us, should it need alterations. Any shipping or custom duty will have to be borne by the customer in the occasion that the outfit requires any alteration. We will be happy to alter it if need be if the product has not been worn, at no extra charge.


14. Does the product colour look exactly the same as the image?

While the product we send you matches the colour in the image exactly from our end, any discrepancy of colour may be possible due to the bright lighting used during the photo shoot of the garment, or due to the difference in colour modes & brightness of different screens/devices that are used to browse the website.
